Peter Pan BMW refuses to give me a loaner

My radio just stopped working for no apparent reason. They wouldnt even give me an appointment until next Tuesday and when I said I need a loaner they basically said we dont guarantee that for anyone. So I have a feeling that I am going to go drop the car off on Tuesday, not get a loaner and not get the service I need.

Try a different BMW Dealership. They may have the terms you are looking for.

Peter pan is notorious for having crappy service. I hope BMW-NA can change their policies regarding service. The car buying experience is worlds above their service department.

I was speaking with a friend who brought in his e60 m5 for service. They completely ignored him until they discovered he had an m5, after that all they did was kiss his ***. Funniest part is that they still refused to give him a rental.

Try mountain view.

I'll never go to Peter Pan. They insisted on 10% down on my order. :bs:I quickly got the impression I was dealing with morons, so I went elsewhere.

Sadly me too. I think it is because I did not purchase my car from them.

Lol I grew up with peter pan but when they were hella snobby with my dad when he wanted to buy his M5, he got a great deal at Fremont.

I'm not a big fun of Peter Pan either. They were completely ignorant on several occasions. Or maybe it depends on the car you drive, once I saw literally 5 guys were almost kissing ass to one customer who were looking at new M6.

Strange, I got a good service from Peter Pan, however I didn't ask for a loaner, I just used their shuttle service. It was good, people were courtesy and job was done on time.
Mountain View looked worse for me, although I didn't deal with service.

Yeah I had a bad experience at Peter Pan too, as matter of fact that includes buying my first BMW there, the service, and parts department. They all rate 0.

I am again having the same problem. They are giving me some run around BS about having a shortage of loaner cars. Someone I work with had gotten one from them 2x this week, I am frustrated beyond belief.

Peter Pan BMW

They lost my car while in production,
I don't believe it, and I'm pretty sure they sold it to other one for more $$$

Try Stevens Creek BMW, they always gave me a loaner car

I even complained and have heard nothing back from them yet. I guess its time to go above their heads.

Good experiences @ Fremont

It may be a bit of a hike if you're up by Peter Pan, but I'm further south on the peninsula and have had great experiences with the guys in Fremont . . . it's about a 15 minute drive for me down through Milpitas , but they're always good w/ loaners and my SA is attentive and helpful.

Really? I just bought a 2011 135i there at the good deal. And then i found out that the car is kind of pulling to the left the next day i drive the car, so i brought it back to the new service department next to the 101. The service was really nice. As soon as i get into the department, there were like 3 people coming to me for help. But I end up ignore them because I end up finding Kenny Lew (friend of M3 said he is a cool guys, know a lot of mod stuffs). So we set up a appointment next Monday, and he promised to give me a loaner car. I live in the city, but I still drive like 20 miles down to Millbrael for service. I don't know about BMW SF?? I heard that they don't really provide loaner car though...
