hey guys one thing i noticed about the 1 series is that its very un-photogenic when youre shooting the front of the car, at somewhat of a low angle, where as much of the grills and vented areas are showing. if theres a lot of light hitting the car at that angle, all the grills look ugly since their areas arent darkened.

Looks great. Me personally, I like the looks of a nicely modded 135 over the 1M. The 135 has more elegant sporty lines. Whereas the 1M just seems too bold, too 'in your face'.

smoother and sexier in my opinion

the 1M is just an exersize in bumps, bulges, and holes for the sake of it.

the 1 is really visually interesting. at first it looks ugly ( i thought it did). then i thought the rear looked nice. i also think the side profile is nice because of the one main contour that runs from the front all the way to the rear.

from the front, the 1 boasts a small but 'muscular' squat. neat!

Any rubbing on the rear of your 19X10 rims??? or is the toyos side walls really that round? or did you roll your fenders?

hmm no rubbing on the rears except for when i approach a dip at high speeds with maybe a full tank of gas. the toyo t1r's tend to have a narrower sidewall but i'm also running 255/30 so it's slightly stretched .

the fenders arent rolled because they're pretty rounded to begin with. i may try going to a 265/30 in the rear in the future though.

DPE doesn't provide offset information so I don't have any info on that.

car is lowered on KW V1's - huge and overdue shoutout to ALAN WEI @ **********s for excellent customer service. He called back every time he promised and did it promptly, keeping me informed on the purchase status along every bit of the way. He also gave me a great deal on them too!

big thanks to donny mak @ tunerzine and Manu @ DPE wheels for hooking me up with the wheels or none of this would have happened.

and lastly, attention to Houston members: big shoutout to EVS performance studio. They were responsible for helping me adjust the ride height, camber, alignment, paint and lip install. They're real accommodating, their shop is real nice and new, and I'd recommend them to anyone in the area. They work on many exotics (ferrari's +) but treat all customers with priority.

okay i hate writing so I'll snap some more pics later.
WOW.. Nice!!! Looks and SOUNDs Great!!

I love how you didn't change your angel eyes yet! I'm thinking about going back to stock on my headlights as well. I love everything about your car. Clean and simple!

thanks! but it IS tempting though! some local bimmer people keep pressuring me to make the jump too. the LUX led's look good but still aren't bright enough during the day. nothing like GOOD OL HALOGEN. shines BRIGHT orange..

has pricing info on LCI headlights come out yet? i know it might be expensive but i'd rather save up and do it right if its a feasible solution.
