BMW 128i Xenon Eagle Eyes Flickering Issue

BMW 128i 2013 (E82)

I had upgraded original lights to Eagle Eyes Bi-Xenon
Everything was fine for years

I made accident and had to replace right side
I ordered the same part number as the light before - BMW 7273831-03 Valeo

But the problem is that right light is flickering (not the one I replaced)

It is random - it can run 10 minutes without flickering and then flicker

If I switch lights off and turn it back on xenon lights do not work

Sometimes it does work

What can be the issue and how can it be resolved?

1. Using Bimmercode I would enable LEDs for the angel eyes, can help with flicker
2. I would try recommending replacing the other one as well, bulbs tend to get replaced in pairs.
