how much should i offer?

http://brianjessel.bmw.ca/content/_t...ang=en&pid=124

hey guys, how much should i be offering for the 128i in space grey? I spec'ed a new car with theose options and the mmsp came out to be 39375, why are they saying it's 42370? also, considering that it is a demo and cash incentive, how much should i offer at the end?

Well, are you paying cash for it? Or going to lease/finance? Also, I spec'd it on bmw.ca and it comes to $40,175. Looks like they included freight and some other $200 in the price there.

If you're paying cash, I'd offer a few thousand below what they're asking. It's got $6k km's on it, and you can get a brand new one or a demo with 30km for at least a few thou below MSRP. At the end of the day, spend whatever you're happy with

I set my gauge by the 135 they have listed there (since that's what I bought) and I'd say for a car that is already used and has almost 9K on it I think it's a little high. they don't even mention anything about the 160K/6year warranty...

Brian Jessel BMW charges more hidden fees. Shop and compare. I've been buying my BMWs from the Ludia Li @ Auto West BMW, who happens to be the #1 BMW Top Sales in Canada. Her quotes are straight up with no b.s. Unless you are dealing with a senior salesperson at any dealership, the junior sales people have the least negotiating power and say. P.S. - Michael Ho is no longer with Brian Jessel BMW, a little bird told me he got fired for inappropriate business dealings (kickbacks) and he implied that he was a partner at the dealership when in fact he was still only a salesperson. You will never be able to negotiate down the price to the same level for a German car like you would an American or Japanese car.

Let us know how it went Cookie. From what I know, Brian Jessel flat out tells people they don't negotiate on prices for used and demos. Not a dime.

Are you saying they can't locate an AW for you in Western Canada (with Premium)?

Sound good! Did you lease or purchase? When did you take delivery of your car? How much did you end up paying for your car, base plus options? Anything thrown in? Enquiring minds want to know!
