Yes. Essentially these are the KW V2 shocks except that they are not as corrosion resistant as the KWs.

These do however come with a Uniball Camber Plates which makes them a good value. My car is only driven in summer so the rust resistance is not an issue.

I wish there was an "Ask a stupid question" thread like my previous forums. I have so many stupid questions being new to the platform lol

Do the interior panels (door and rear) swap between e82 and e88?

I got sick of my tire pressure gauge rattling around inside my armrest, so I got some 2" wide black self adhesive loop side Velcro and lined the little tray. Now that puppy still slides around in there, but does so discreetly. Next step will be to put a dot of hook side fastener on the gauge, and I'll be all set!

Adhesive backed neoprene is probably a better option. 1/16" would be a good thickness.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh just spent like 5 hours wrestling off the old AC pulley and put a new one on. Grindy noise is still there.

Officially don't care about it. It really only happens at certain RPM and it's been like that for over a year.

All isn't lost though, the new pulley (and bearing/hub) is plastic, and a little smaller and lighter than the original metal one. Lightweight underdrive pulleys anyone?

I think someone used to make some, but, IIRC, they had a reputation for damaging many expensive things.

There's a cool crank dampener that's lightweight and not rubber like stock, but, it's like $900 I don't remember who makes it, though.

I should have a sway bar on my doorstep today and end links tomorrow...

Just put my BMW Performance sway bar on last night. I didn't buy upgraded end links though and re-used the OEM links. Little did I know that they are left and right sided.....until I got everything bolted up and decided that they didn't look quite right. Searched the forums, searched google images and eventually found a post in this forum from 2009.....sure enough I had them on back to front, nothing life threatening but the rubber boots tear and they wear out in no time. 45 minutes to put it right. Done.

LOL, mine has a divider in it. My biggest gripe about the armrest is that it blocks the second cup holder.....way to go German Engineering.

Front side panels yes.
Rears? I will let you know later when I get home. I will take a look inside my parent's E88 and compare it to my E82

German subtle way of saying you shouldn't be using cupholders anyway, so if you must have it, we'll make it unusable...

I use self adhesive felt. The local craft store had it for about $1 a sheet, 10"x10"

I got the Velcro at work, so.....free! Didn't have to make a trip, either. I think the felt might be easier to keep clean, though.

I doubt the rest will be the same, but I took a photo of my convertible. Perhaps it will help you to compare.

Thanks! I didn't realize it would be such a drastic difference. Those panels on the coupe and convertible are different in almost every way possible haha so much for wanting to use the Revozport carbon panels
