Not on a boat yet. Mine just changed from "Released to carrier" to Being transported to port of exit" this morning. I would assume since the 800 number seems to always be a day behind I'm probably at the port by now, but I understand it can take as much as 10 days to get on a boat. Lets hope our timing is good and we get one sooner than that! :drinking:

That's what I'm thinking as well.

Was there anything headed to Charlston SC? Do southern cars ship south and northern cars ship north? Or do they just get them here and then rail them to the centers?

Lacrosse, how did you find the port of Jersey ones. When I click am at their website and click the link the only options from bremerhaven are Charleston.

It lists vessel, city/date of departure and city/date of arrival.

As an example, Patriot departs Bremerhaven on 4/29. It stops at Zeebrugge and Southampton before arriving at Port Jersey on 5/12. It then goes to Baltimore (Charm City for you lacrosse guys out there) before arriving in Charleston on 5/17.

At least for the Patriot it stops at both Port Jersey and Charleston! About 5 days between ports of call.

Mine was finished 4/17 and I'm still in transit to the port. These people don't seem to have their sh*t together very well. There are guys waiting on the docks for 2 weeks while others that were produced after theirs jump on a boat. And now we hear the same thing can happen with the train from the plant to the dock.

I just got back from a business trip. Glad I had a few days out of here to not think about this car. I called last night when I got back in the country and it says it is at the port waiting on a ship. I'm hoping I'll catch one of these ships soon.

I guess I got lucky. I'll prolly have to pay by waiting for a boat now...

Hoping to get on the Patriot which leaves the 4/29 and gets to NY 5/12 unless I get lucky and get on the Fidelio today, in which case I'll hit NY 5/8.

I was hoping to have the car by Memorial Day wknd, but that's not looking so hot now.

Based on the fact that the 800 number is AT LEAST one day behind, and maybe more like two, I'd say we all stand a pretty good chance of getting on the 4/29 boat, or at least the East Coasters.

IF we make that boat, I'd say delivery before Memorial Day isn't out of the question, with a little luck.

Same here! I agree with jeremyc74. The system is a day or two behind. I would be happy if we made the Patriot (sailing 4/29). Even more estatic if we are on Fidelio which sails today!
