Installed my group buy EC-7's today

Finally got rid of the snows. Wheels look great, but I get rubbing over potholes on the front wheels They were supposed to fit fine with 235/40-18 fronts. Have to figure out what I want to do about it. Maybe avoid pot holes ?

I used an app called BMWhat for android. Its $58 and you need a BT adapter for the car, but its worth it. It makes coding VERY easy, but its limited compared to what you can do with a laptop.

I think there is an iphone app, but I believe its limited when it comes to coding somehow.

Went to cars and coffee with a freshly washed and wax 1er. Actually had people walk over and look at it. No one could hear my new exhaust since I followed a 911 GT3 into the lot

Looking forward to heading down there soon myself. Unfortunately I did a good job curbing my front bumper need to get it repaired before I can do a good post-winter detail. How do you like your PE?

WHats your opinion of the sound of the tial. I am looking at that valve when I change my CP. I don't mind a bit of a noise but definitely can't be a 50 yo boy racer. I may go with the QRJ to be on the safe side. Just your opinion, and what you were looking for and what was acceptable to you.

I like it a lot. Seems to be getting a little louder as more miles get put on it. A nice deep tone. I had a BMW shop over in Loveland put it on.

I know a good body and paint shop over in Deer Park that does excellent work. Not the cheapest but they sure can paint. I had my Miata over there last year to fix some hail dents and scratches along with a new front bumper put on.

I'd recommend it, not loud at all compared to other BOVs.

No, I didn't even knew we could do that! It's just that in general, when you get higher voltage, you create heat in the component/wires

What did I do for my E82 today? Technically it isn't mine per se but I put a deposit down on a 2012 135i MT M-Sport.

Ordered Cree LED angel eyes. Can't wait to get rid of the dirty water look of the factory bulbs.
