PCV valve question
Hi,
I'me a bit confused about this PCV valve location... There is a round molding with a plastic tube, capped off on the valve cover. In between plugs 5 & 6 which is supposed to have some kinda diaphram on it. There is also something under the inlet manifold. So on the 12' 128 n52k (or b) can't remember where is the location of the PCV valve ? thanks |

Older N52 models had the PCV mounted to the intake manifold (little bulb with hoses).
Recent N52s have the PCV integrated into the valve cover. IIRC, the changeover happened in 06/07 so your ‘12 128i should have it integrated into the valve cover. |

ok, txs
I remember seeing a YT video of something under/fitted to the inlet manifold some kinda valve which sometimes got junked up with oil. Wonder how the new PCV valve vents the oil or whatever it is thanks |
