Word of caution though, is that we have no demonstration of bushing deflection in these ECS products vs the OE BMW engine mounts. I'd imagine it's less, but HOW MUCH less? One obvious benefit is lack of fluid within the bushing. Spotted some fluid residue around my own R engine mount recently, so eliminating that potential issue would be a plus on its own for me.

But, vendors frequently advertise, Stiffer is Better! but with no documentation of the difference between their product and stock. A few supposedly "upgraded" products have been independently tested by forum members on the benchtop, unfortunately finding negligible differences.
I'd love it if our resident forum engineer fe1rx or anyone else local got their hands on a pair of the 034s and measured them vs factory or 335is. Here are some threads and reviews for more info:

The reviewer states these mounts felt more direct than the 335is mounts, but added no significant NVH. Apparently they are 50+ durometer vs factory 45, but factory has liquid and voids in the rubber while these are solid. 335is also has liquid and voids in the rubber, but stiffer rubber (55 durometer?)

I have the rogue transmission mounts already, and felt a bit of shifter binding on hard braking and downshift at the track. I may go for the 034 motor mounts to pair up with the rogue transmissions mounts so things match up better.

Thanks for the links. I'll be reading up on these. Will definitely be replacing motor mounts when I do turbo swap.

Anyway, bolded the part about the shifter bind. I have experienced the same with my mount setup which is original engine mounts + RE trans mounts. Far better than having the gate pulled away from you in a corner though, if you know what I mean. Symptom of having resolved 1/2 the issue.

According to this website: "OE engine mount found on 35is models, can also be used on other N54 vehicles as an upgrade"
It does.

I'm considering doing them as they are OEM shell with a solid rubber internal. Higher durometer than OEM but not stiff to the point you'd have issues with NVH. Something to consider.....
Took your advice and ordered these, should have them next week hopefully! I'll post if it made an improvement ( im sure it will, the mounts i have now must be really soft, with very little pressure i can move the engine)

Yep that's my exact setup also, at first I was quite puzzled as I thought the RE mounts alone were enough to fix the issue until I did more reading up on what Rogue had to say about this. It all works as a system which makes sense since it's all bolted together so engine mount upgrades are definitely to be considered....

Looking forward to your review...I have these on my list but there are other things ahead of it at the moment.....

It'll be a while. Hoping not to be forced to do turbo work for another 6 months or more. Waiting on a specific single kit to be tested and released.
