KW V1s Rubbing ALOT
Ok, I dont know what else to try so Im asking the community. Last week I mounted some 265 35 18 R888Rs on my rear 18 x 9.5 VMRs. Im on KW V1s and everyday since Ive mounted them have been lifting the rear end. The right side settles super low compared to the left, my first issue. Right side rear has rubbed on absolutely everything and its getting to the point where Im shredding the tire. I basically have the right rear coil maxed out. The front end is low AF. Why is the right rear coil settling so low? Anyway i can tell if jts blown or something? Shouls i try rolling the fenders? Tomorrow I plan on totally resetting all of the coils and then readjusting and seeing if that helps. Lemme know guys. Thanks.

Sounds like you are your own mechanic, and you need to hire a new mechanic..lol. Just messing with you, but properly installed coils should allow you to get your fenders well above your tires. That does not mean that you will not rub, a 265 is pretty wide, and our cars do naturally sit lower and want to rub on the passenger rear side.
Smaller tires and max camber and you should be able to get things to work. I wouldn't think you'd be able to get 265 R8888s to work on most VMR wheels (what offset?). I had to change my brake hubs to ones with a shorter hat to get 255 PSS's to work on my car, but my KWV1s are no where near the top setting. Top would pretty much have be at the stock ride height.

Also I don't think a blown strut would effect your ride height much at all, ride height is pretty much spring specific.

Yeah, I had a brain - fart and forgot about the 45 offset on the VMRs. Leaving the car lifted a bit until I get a good deal on some +62 offset wheels to make this easier.

Corner balancing your car would probably help with that
