Wondering if the xxr 521 would fit on a 135i and if it would look good?

No, the offset is too low. A 135 needs an offset around 45mm to 55mm for that wheel width

specs are 18x8.5 front and rear. 245 in the rear and 225 in the front

Need to know the offsets to confirm. If it's only offered in ET25 it'll be tight.

It'll be aggressive as all heck, you could try to knock out the alignment pin up front and max the camber if you don't have M3 arms, camber plates, and etc.

On stock suspension, the rears on a 245 will likely need to max the available camber (if you don't have adjustable toe links, I'm not sure what your max camber will be). might be better off running a 235 section narrow rear tire, and dial in as much camber as you can.
