89k miles here! Same as you. Well maintained. A few dings that have been fixed. It's been used and it's been loved. My car will never be for sale again so I don't worry about what it's worth anymore...

New cars are getting more boring by the day. I'm going to hang onto one of the most exciting BMWs ever made...might as well!!

I know that 1M Tex has broken through 6 figures on his 1M awhile ago and feels very much the same.

if i recall, 1M Tex is the worldwide leader in mileage on a 1M. Rad Doc and myself are in the top 10 but he takes the cake. Last i remember he is at 140k+ or something like that? next level!

Their pricing model fails with collectible cars, however. I purchased a 2009 Bullitt Mustang from them with 4,200 miles for 5k less than private sale prices at that time. They've listed several Civic Type Rs with 2000 miles for $39k when private sale prices are nearer $44k. I've only seen one 1M for sale on Carmax this year, but the price was very reasonable as I recall.
Even on basic cars it can occasionally be a good way to go, if you know what to look for. Also, MaxCare is one of the better aftermarket warranties. My last one paid itself off in a month at the BMW dealorship!

The M2 has been depreciating lately - you can get a 2017 M2 with 4k miles for $50k at Carmax of all places. Many in the mid 40's with very low miles on other sites.

I've been noticing that as well! I suppose many were either waiting for or wanting to upgrade to the M2C which has created a bit of a lull for the M2 market.

If you can get a M2 with decent miles in the mid 40's.......that's a good deal!

EAG is actually a Very reputable company from what I understand.

Yes, totally over priced I agree....however, if there is a market for it, then so be it!
