I have a 2008 6sp grey with black interior. Dinan stage 2. 38k miles. BMW racing wheel with shift lights, lcd readout on wheel with oil temp, gforce, 1/4mile time etc. BMW performance exhaust. Aftermarket wheels, still have originals though. M shifter. Conti Extreme contact dw. 265 in back 240 up front. 18"s. 1 year left of full warranty.

I'm thinking 25k.

Nope. After three different cars all came back with sketchy PPI reports, I got tired of listening to sellers' stories and lost interest. Now I am busy with winter projects. Maybe I will start looking again in the spring.

I want to sell mine; 137,265 miles; it's clean though the check engine light came on 12/21/17 - it's needing a catalytic converter replacement, BMW of Nashville quoted me more than I want to pay to repair. Let me know if you're interested.

No thank you. I am looking for something turn-key ready to go because I am planning a road trip with my girlfriend.

For what it's worth, lots of people install aftermarket catless downpipes and exhausts when upgrading their N54 cars. You could probably find someone that will sell you their old factory cats pretty cheap.

i can understand the nav, but no heated seats / no black paint/ no grey interior... all of that basically means 2 things:

1 - your going to be searching for AWHILE I had similar requirements as well as others I know and the consensus is we all searched for 4-6 months. so just consider that it may take that long to find the one you want

2 - when you finally find your car in the spec you want get ready to pay much higher than KBB. KBB doesn't really consider these cars are niche and hard to find ESP the manual ones in the right spec. the KBB rating is basically for the majority of 135i's out there which are 100K-150K miles, automatic, ugly color combo, and usually have mechanical problems like wastegate rattle, blown turbo seals, leaking OFHG, leaking VCG, leaking oil pan, misfires (plugs/coils), non index 12 injectors (which will leak eventually guaranteed), HPFP out of warranty and tons of other expensive maintenance items.

People think that just cause the ad does not disclose any maintenance problems, that the car actually has none. I guarantee you 90+% on any random n54 car for sale (including stock cars) has at least a few of those problems listed above esp at 100K miles...

these cars value is dropping like a rock cause of the maintenance bills, new buyers don't realize that and they think it's genuinely a 10-12K car... Im having a hell of a time selling mine even at 15750 because people who don't know these cars truly think they are what KBB says which is like 10-12K, lets just say after 1 year of ownership, the cost of these cars isn't anywhere close to KBB.

Neiman, you are right! I am in no hurry. Eventually I will find a car that fits my criteria. And to be clear -- heated seats are mandatory. I am looking for a car that definitely has heated seats.

It has the CIC nav with updated maps to 2017, I can understand if this is still a deal breaker. This was as close as I could get to the spec I wanted and it was less than 50 miles away, had to pull the trigger.
