I'm actually surprised that these don't rub at all!

It might be because I'm on Nexen 3000s and they have a rounded edge. What's weird is when I was on my Beyerns (same size wheels), I had these same tires on them and I would slightly rub, but my offset was a little different. With these wheels, they don't rub at all even if I tried.

Custom made from closed cell pvc. Traced and cut with the skirt off the car, then sprayed with OEM color. Why splitters aren't available for this vehicle I'll never know...

haha, honestly it's not hard to do at all... I have no idea why a vendor hasn't stepped up to fill the niche. here's a pic from fabrication.

it's a very involved process as you can see that requires the utmost precision and high tech tools

Damn you and your pornography!

For my reference, what work is required to make these wheels tuck in when lowered this much?

Which coils are you on and any issues with shock clearance?

These wheels weren't too difficult to fit, but you do need to pull and roll the fenders a bit. I also cut some of the inner rear liner.

I have a set of ADV1s that are much more aggressive which required much more modification. No properly sized wheel should ever hit the rear strut.

I don't really consider the modification to be extensive or difficult, especially compared to other work you may do on the car.

Coils are KW V3.

For VMRs, are the stock lugbolts appropriate to use? I know that if i want lugs, i can do a stud conversion. But for now that's off the table.

Use your factory bolts. Luckily BMWs use a conical seat lug bolt, so after you do your stud conversion you should be able to find lug nuts to use pretty easily.
