DTC/DSC: On or Off?

Who's running with them on? Who's turned them off?

I have left mine on for the time being -- it's interesting to see the little light on the dash flash when the TC kicks in.

On - I need to learn how to drive better first. My first sports car ever.

I am going to Bondurant's school for my 30th bday in November. I'll be driving the Z06, that should help my skills some and then maybe i will even know what to do in this thing

I am really curious how this car is going to behave. On my 330ci I drove almost exclusively with the DSC completely off (DCS and BRAKES) except in the rain.

With it on the light would flicker in spirited driving and it felt really wierd.

According to the technical manual the level of engagement has been "raised" so that it doesn't interfere as much....we'll see.

A combination of me driving hard and me driving hard over uneven pavement. When it skitters over some bumpy road and you are accelerating, it turns on the TC to avoid wheelspin. But yes, a slide or two on my favorite road (Dingletown Rd. in Greenwich CT for those who enjoy lots of 20-30 mph tight turns.

One push turns off the DTC......Second push and hold turns off DSC.

Running with mine on for now until the car is "broken in".
Too much temptation to play with it off.

thanks. yea so i've heard that with one push, you get better launch/acceleration than if you turn off both, DTC and DSC.
