Specifying Oil during Free Maintenance

I browsed and searched and found lots of threads on oil but none answering this question. During the free maintenance program, can you specify a grade of oil you'd prefer in your 1er (within spec obviously)?

I've always done my own maintenance in the past, but now it's free for a time so I figure what the hell. The only thing I don't want to lose is my freedom to determine what goes in my car. I'd prefer 0W oil over 5W. Will the dealership accommodate that preference? Based on the threads most people seem very happy with 0W-40 FS Mobil 1. I used 0W-20 FS Mobil 1 in my RSX for years of DD/Track.

Just supply your own oil, that is what I do.

If I'm going to buy the oil myself, I might as well just do the change too and save the hassle of talking to the dealer at all. But that defeats the point of having free maintenance.
