Where to find 18" OEM sized staggered winter tires
I have an extra set of 18" 135 OEM wheels I want to put winter tires on (sorta cold, limited snow and ice). Haven't seen these on websites. Anyone find these already?
Note: Did a search and read the threads. Some discussion of them being available but haven't seen them for sale. |

I have been looking for the same and haven't come across anything yet. If you are looking to stay with a run-flat, the Pirelli Sottozero is available in 225/40 and 255/35 from Tirerack. If you don't need/want run-flats then there are a few other options in the sizes listed above but nothing so far in stock sizes.

I did a search on 215/40/18 and 245/35/18 on tire manufacturer sites and tire websites. All I see are summer performance and competition tires. I believe Gil at Tirerack said they would be available in a winter tire but I haven't seen them yet. Non-runflats would be fine. At some point, any option short of having to buy a third set of wheels would be fine. I may have to get educated on non-OEM tire sizes on OEM wheels.

I've yet to see the OEM sizes in winter. The closest you get are the 225/40/18's and 255/40/18's which do fit.
