Catless DP's
Would putting catless DP's on an otherwise stock car make any difference? Spool faster? Last longer? Little louder? Run cooler? What do you think...

I just put the RR Catless DPs on my car today. Though it was not "otherwise stock", the biggest difference I noted was the sound:
I was going to take some video of it, but I knew the wind would ruin the sound quality. Maybe tomorrow...

Big sound difference!
On a stock car you should pick up at least 20rwhp, after you give the car a couple runs to adjust. Enough that your butt dyno should be just about able to pick it up. Think 50* vs 80*

Depends on your dealer.
Legally, no. Pratically, maybe.

Legally they have to prove your mod caused whatever problem the car is in for. Pratically the salesman and whoever else will tell you the second you touch your car the warranty is voided. The only time you have to worry about DPs maybe voiding warranty is if your car goes in for warranty work on the engine. If you go in for oil changes or just basic stuff theres nothing to worry about. I never installed DPs but it seems like they are bolt on and dont take too long to put the factory ones back on.

I'd count on it. Dinan warranty specifically states aftermarket parts from other makers=no warranty.

Well it's illegal to run cat-less in California. Every car has to be running the original stock cat unless deemed damaged and unable to function properly by a licensed inspector. You're not even allowed to swap out for hi-flow cats unless approved by said inspector.. Refer to your local laws. Maintenance wise, it's always a toss-up on what they feel like saying.
