Member # 66871, I really don't take advantage of CCA programs, mostly receive the mag so as to have more BMW "stuff' about the house.

Cheers,

I hope to be able to make the VRM tour, that sounds like fun.
It's next to impossible to get weekend days at Pacific Raceways, and when the club gets one, the cost to rent the track is pretty outrageous (but we still pay it). The schedule is posted at http://www.bmwpugetsound.com/events/track-days/. It looks like they are all on Friday, which is actually better than some of the years when we've had some mid-week dates.

Did you attend the VRM tour? I was busy that weekend or I would've gone.

You wouldn't be the only one. The BMW CCA doesn't require you to own a BMW to be a member, and there is no discrimination within the club if you use another vehicle at an event, track or otherwise. Quite a few people have retained their BMW club membership after moving on to another badge (usually Audi, Porsche or Ferrari) and still attend events for the social and track benefits.
