FS Soon: LEASE ASSUMPTION 2008 135i $404/month 13 months

Keeping it simple....

There is a 95% chance I am picking up another car this week and will be getting rid of the 2008 135i I am currently leasing via a lease transfer... only $404 a month with 13 months remaining (details below). You won't find a nicer car for the price. Guaranteed.

Details:
2008 BMW 135i Coupe
~21k miles currently
~10k-11k miles remaining on lease (more can be purchased in a lump sum or rolled into payment)
13 months remaining - lease ends 1/31/2012
$404 a month (includes NY Tax)
Monthly payment includes a tire and wheel warranty with $0 deductible
Alpine White Exterior / Black Leather Interior
Sport Package
Premium Package
Cold Weather Package
Navigation
Steptronic Automatic Transmission
AVAILABLE FOR EXTRA $ - Set of 18" Moda Wheels and Studded Nokian Hakkapeliitta 5 tires (best snow tire you can buy, hands down). 2 tires have more tread than the other and should go on the rear. The whole set should last another 6000 miles or so. Wheels have some curb rash, but they're winter wheels.

Car recently had the rear wheels and tires replaced (1 month ago), and the front tires were replaced 3-4 months ago - so, tons of tread left. Front right wheel has some curb rash, nothing major and can easily be repaired at a local shop I work with.

There is also some minor rash under the front bumper lip (especially minor since it's a leased car.)

Car has custom painted grills installed with black slats and white painted surrounds.

Car is located in Staten Island NY.

The lease transfer takes 2-3 weeks or less, and costs $500 to BMW Financial, to be paid by you after BMW determines you're qualified.

This is a great way to get this a basically fully loaded 135i for a little more than a year if you're in between cars or just want something different. I can guarantee you won't find a better lease assumption deal at just $400 a month, with the tire and wheel warranty included!

PM me for more info if you're interested. I can answer any questions.

PICTURES to come for those very interested. It is a White on Black 135i, pretty standard. Pictures delayed due to the NY/NJ snow storm. Below are pictures from 4-5 months ago.
