Welcome. What year and transmission?
Who did you go with for the built motor? I would go with wedge performance for a tune. He has a ton of experience with n54 and n55 and his partner Steven has done a lot of development for the n55.

I talked to one local company but they never followed thru so I went with Ghassan Automotive's N55 G-800 with optional pinned N54 Forged crank. Now I need to get the turbo, fuel system, tune, diff etc. Got to let her eat lol |

Awesome. Another must by on your list should be an M2/M3/M4 DCT flywheel. You won’t be able to make much more than 450 whp with the stock n55 DCT flywheel. It has an additional weight on it and it starts to cause issues above 19ish psi on a PS2.
Be patient on the fueling front. A lot of exciting options on the horizon which avoids the need for PI. Here is one example: https://bmw.***********.com/threads/...rive-kit.5497/ put s p o o l s t r e e t where the stars are. Steven at wedge should definitely be on your short list of tuners. He has a big turbo dct n55. |

A bit of a drive from Temecula, but Speed Logic in Fullerton is the go-to shop. Rob is a BMW maestro.

Check out Oceanside Motorsports they are right off the 76 in Oceanside. Pure Turbos used to be next door to them. I think Pure moved to a different location down the street though.

99% sure I will go with Wedge for tuning based on Houtan recommendation but I will check out the shops because my friend was supposed to help me pull the engine but is traveling a lot so may need a shop to do it
