Nice, great daily driver & trackcar mod.
Did you have to cut the OEM rear diffuser? Would you have any side or bottom-up shots without fender and diffuser mounted?. (trying to confirm EU OEM E82 detachable tow-hitch fit) |

Give up on the dual duty, get a truck with a trailer and put this car on a diet! I don't have the balls currently to do it to my own so it would make me very happy.
I will try to find a picture for you of some dude that had a custom roof rack where he put all 4 track tires on his way too and from events. It looked nuts lol |

Neil. You've got me thinking... A tow vehicle and trailer are out of the cards right now. With the roll bar going in this winter. This may be the best solution.

If I could only tow my 911 with my 1M my life would be complete...
Absolutely.

I guess some of you guys have never seen track cars pulling mini trailers with their tires and gear before. It's a much less expensive route than owning a tow vehicle and trailer.

I have a good friend that does this. its a great route to go. I am able to fit 4 wheels/tires, my tools and my personal crap when I go to and from events so for now I am fine. if I lost my rear seats and had a bar, that's a different story and I would need to tow them. But without running bar one can get a lot of stuff in this little car.
