Cool 135i Style 359 reps fitment

Hello all, so i've got a 2011 135i currently on stock sport suspension.

My friend is selling his style 359 replica wheels off his E46 M3

the fitment is :
19 x 8.5 et 35
19 x 9.5 et 40

tires are 225/40 and 255/35

We tried fitting them on my car, I rubbed heavily. I'm not too great when it comes to offsets/tire size, but is there anything I can do to make them fit?

I've always loved CSL style wheels, and I know the 1 series requires some strange offsets, so if i can't make these fit, any recommendations?

Thank you guys
