amber delete & black 135i badge

How do you 'white out' your amber? I just don't want to get pulled over by the cops...so i want to make it blink yellow. I have to replace the bulb right? Or is there overlays/stickers for it? I was thinking about tinting the blinkers, but cops again -

Did anyone manually remove the badge and sand it down, etc.?
If so... how'd you put it back on, in the exact same location?

i don't think cops will notice your blinker not blinking yellow! lol... some blink red, some blink yellow... white will not make a difference. i haven't had a front license plate on my car for 9 months, and they still haven't noticed (knock on wood). I'm pretty sure they have better things to do that involve coffee and doughnuts.

I went with clear turn signals instead of the ambers. After the third fix it ticket I took them back to amber. I argued the fact that many cars come stock with clear or red turn signals. Some cars us their brake lights as turn signals. Though it sounds good to us it didn't stand in my argument. Hence the reason I only use the amber bulbs/ lights.

The cheapest way technically is to do it yourself with film that cost like $10



But it takes a lot of time and patience to get it done right =)

Reiger eyelids.. and had to cut the film myself

Proble, with these is they are black/gun metal. A true delete would have them looking white like the euro style which I think blends much better on certain colors like white?

You can also get the covers from Bimmian. Some people like them, some people hate them. I personally like them
