Actually saw that rum behind a bar a couple weeks ago. For a split second I thought about explaining the story to the people I was there with. Then quickly realized what a dork I'd sound like to that group of normal people.

Yeah, I explained it to someone the other day and decided to keep it to myself from now on. It is good to know our cars were spawned from engineers in an alcoholic haze!

It's imported to the USA by Patron and it's really good. I haven't found a bar that stocks it or even knows about it but most liquor stores carry it. I drive around in my 1M doing shots all the time! The orange matches the stitching perfect!

and by then, i completely expect iDrive to mean what it says - that the damn car does the work for a while. that's when the on-board rum dispenser will make more sense! for now they should call it iDistract.

I knew it had me addicted, when the GTS in front of me pulled in after the first Nordschleife lap in my 1M and I just had to go on to lap two, 'cause taking a break felt like the worst possible thing in the world to do at that moment.
