Question Battery coding for unknown AH or based on CCA?

What's the go with battery coding for unknown AH or based on CCA?
The new to me MY06 130i Sport is fitted with a Powercrank DIN 66 SMF 675CCA. There is no AH or RC rating on it. There website < https://www.powercrank.com.au/bmw > and 'tech support' on their phone line were unable to advise. It's currently coded as 70AH.
A Google search indicates dividing the CCA by 7.5 to get AH. In this case it would be 90AH.
What is the effect of under or over rating the installed battery?
