52. Replied. Just get the flickering coded out. There's no other options at this point...

For the hotspotting, mine had some hot spots in the driverside rings, but i just rotated it to match the orientation of the driverside. The driverside went in and fully locked at "12 o'clock" but the passengerside sat at "3 o'clock" so i rotated it to match "12 o'clock." Hope that makes sense...

Just wondering if anyone know if the bulbs are suppose to go in a certain way to ensure the distribution of the light is more even or do they only fit in one way?

There is only 1 way for these lights to fit in place. The 3 tabs are keyed so it will only fit correct

Reviving an old thread but this seemed like the best place to post...

I have LUX V4, love em, but I recently got the adaptive headlight error due to ballast placement. I've tried several orientations but no dice. "It's located between the low and high beam" is extremely vague as there is about 4"-5" of space between the high and low beams.

Could someone post a picture please of a successful location for the ballast? Back to stock at the moment, missing the LUX lol
