HK professional BMW phone connection

I acquired a 2011 128i with a Harmon Kardon "Professional" sound system. I did not get an owners manual with the car. This is the second 128i I've owned so I am already a little familiar with the car. I thought my previous car had a wireless phone connection, however, no audio for streaming.

I cannot figure how to hook up my phone via Bluetooth on this particular car. The phone functions fine hooked through the aux outlet but I can't find a phone connect menu option. Is it possible that I don't have a Bluetooth option for phone calls even with a small phone button being there?

Also, I don't seem to have any power coming through the accessory outlet in the center console. I haven't located or checked the fuse yet. Any guidance on trouble shooting wod be appreciated.
