+1 for Justin's service, followups and commitment to getting our cars where they need to be.

Would have been a very long road to find 400+ without his input, time and value parts.

Hey guys,

I'm organising a GB for Hexon's RR550 turbochargers in association with Wayne@Hexon Autowerks and Advan performance.

Current retail pricing is $2,350 USD + a $500 USD core charge + international shipping costs of $175 USD one way + Customs import duties/taxes.

If we obtain a minimum of 3 interested parties the GB discount will be 15%, I will also cover the $500 USD core charge and arrange for return shipping of the turbo cores back to Hexon in Taiwan. :-)

However the customer will be required to ship his OEM turbos back to Advan performance in Sydney once the Hexon's have been installed.

Total to pay excluding an OEM turbo install kit and a modified compressor discharge pipe is,

$3,349 AUD

The turbo install kit will cost $329 and the modded compressor pipe aka hot-side chargepipe will cost $229 on a core exchange basis.

For those guys that are not familiar with Hexon turbos here is a link to their facebook page.

https://www.facebook.com/HexonRR/

Also for anyone interested in Hexon's warranty terms, I can tell you they provide a 12 month/unlimited kilometre warranty. Should a warranty claim be necessary Hexon will supply a replacement pair of turbos in advance prior to the turbos in question being removed from the vehicle. They will also cover the shipping costs both ways. I can tell you that this is NOT the industry norm and shows that they believe in the reliability of their product and if there is a problem they will stand behind it.

Cheers,

Justin.

Shame Justin doesn't have a proper page or something, I've just had TMS subframe stuff shipped from the US.

Surprised some of the AKG bits didn't make your list.

That will happen at some stage mate, I'll probably start with a facebook page highlighting the many parts I carry plus provide some specs and results on various N54 vehicles I have provided hardware, tuning and technical support for.

I don't personally stock the transmission fluid but I have a local source for it.

I'll check pricing on Monday and get back to you.

Hey guys,

I can obtain the ZF Lifeguard 6 fluid but I've been advised against changing the trans fluid without the use of Autologic or Rheingold, as the fluid re-fill procedure should only take place when the trans is in a specific temperature range to ensure the fluid level is correct, I am told there is no measurable way to do this "properly" without diagnostics.

I've got a setup of ISTA/Rheingold and it says nothing about temperature. Document attached

How much are you charging per L posted to Brisbane? Feel free to PM me Justin. I'll check with my Indy mechanic whether they have the diagnostics software. That could explain why my first tranny flush through another mechanic still left my upshifts periodically clunky. Perhaps the refilled level was too low...
