INSERT M3 Rear subframe bushing questions

Thinking of giving this a go myself and replacing the factory 135i rear subframe bushings with the m3/1m bushings. Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the install of the new bushings. I think i've worked out how to remove them , but is there any thing trickiy about inserting the new bushings? Does anything have to be lined up ? Do they need to be pressed in to a certain point? If so, Does anyone have any information on how they did it ? or the best way they did it.

thanks
