If you play the video, it looks like that have one. (Screen shot attached)

Unfortunately from the description:
"For E9X 3 Series models, please see our innovative Vent Pod Boost Gauge Kits for an easy, clean install. Will not work on N55 motor vehicles."

I think NO

I would definitely buy one... I could not find it anywhere. I wanted to make it from fiberglass but it is a bit difficult...

Did you have to do anything special to get the dash command to work? i have a Wifi obd2 adapter and it keeps giving me OBD2 protocol error. its connected a couple times but then disconnects and tells me that again. Do you have JB4? i was thinking that may have something to do with it. I also have the BMS backend flash which might be messing with it as well. just trying to see what you have equipped since you said its working for you. i'm stupid and attempted to get out of the car with it plugged in, kicked it and broke the clips holding the OBD2 plug in place. it still works fine but now it just dangles there. the error was happening before my fat foot hit it.

No I didn't have to do anything special at all. There are instructions and trouble shooting info about it though that you can look into regarding the IP address and whatnot. I don't have JB4, I'm running a dinan stage 2 flash. From what I understand is that JB 4 does not allow for a OBD 2 plug like this to work.

Doesn't the COBB have some sort of boost gauge? I noticed that the p3Cars has a specific boost gauge sensor for N54 cars I wonder if the COBB works with both N54 and N55 with regards to displaying a boost gauge due to the fact that it only interfaces with the OBD port.

The V3 does. Mine works perfectly.

Remember though that if you've got a Cobb then you're not running a piggyback tuned so the OBD2 port can actually report the correct values.

I bought a boost gauge from ecs and a used driver side vent. I just started cutting it so I can make a custom vent pod. Call me cheesy but I like having a physical gauge in the car.

Has anyone tried an ultra guage on our cars. http://www.ultra-gauge.com/ultragauge/

It is supposed to show boost and more. Via OBD port, so would not work with JB4. I have one for my son's Discovery as I need to keep a watchful eye on water temperature to make sure the engine does self-disintegrate. It is a great little device, shows codes, clears them, etc.

I have not moved it the the 135i since my son constantly uses it.

For $70, it could be a good option.

Can you post pics? This is what I want to do. Where did you get the side vent? Turbo cars should have a boost gauge. Thanks

Once I finish I'll throw some pictures up. Looking good so far. I found a used vent in perfect condition on ebay for $20. I cut down a piece of 1.75" pvc for mounting it. Then I will fiber glass it.

Yup, I've got one and it works, however as you said JB compatibility rendered it useless once I installed it.
