Technically yes, but I can do 1M replica clusters with a 135i cluster as well so you keep the oil temp gauge.

Right. It will pull your current correct mileage from the CAS module.

Yes. Using the pricing above (1M rep cluster) I can do a 135i cluster, plug and play, that would work perfectly in your 128i. Or a stock 135i cluster as well.

Lots of practice and trial and error to get the best possible outcome. I also use colored tape for other colors, just depends on what works best

Do it. I did the 1M from him and had a friend do a stock 135i cluster for oil temp alone. Well worth the cost and install is a breeze. Literally 10min start to finish and the PnP option is worth the cost if you don’t have any coding experience.

There will be no tamper dot with PnP programming. There's will be no tamper dot if you got it virginized and uncoded once you code it either.
