Awesome review! The descript nature of his review had me feeling like "I" was there too. Well done!

P.S. It would most definitely be Valencia Orange for me.

I have read all the reviews. I haven t read anything about throttle response.

Most people think throttle response is when driving in 2nd gear and put your foot down. Most of the cars will have a throttle response then. Turbo or Atmo some more then others but this is not what i meant.

What i like to know is.

Throttle response like this. Complete lift off throttle and on throttle and lift off again etc. How fast is the 1M turbo engine response if you drive like this --->

In this movie you can hear it very good especially in the last corner. The car is balanced with throttle fully off and then throttle again how is this compared to the 1M.

Excellent write up, you should work for a car magazine. Did they announce the release date in the US?

In the past, the US M Brand Manager Larry Koch explained to me that the US federalization process would require testing both a CF and non CF version, which is why the E90 comes in CF roof only...
One correction, the E90M3 sedan is not available with the CF roof but has a metal roof with optional moonroof. The E92M3 coupe is available with CF roof or a metal roof with moonroof.

The seats in the production model, are they M3 seats or 1series sports seats?

Just curious, nothing before the M? Perhaps a 1?

Bravo to BMW for producing what sounds to be a good car.

They are clever marketers for creating this M car in the cheapest price bracket of the cars they offer. No doubt this car will get much press....that is until the next M3 comes out in 2013.

What's next M7? X3M? Mini-M?

Not likely because the official name is not 1M but 1 series M Coupé
