Constant clunking sound at 70kms+

Over the past week I've started getting this constant clunking sound that sort of sounds like a a ball joint wobble sound, but there's no issue with my tie rods/ball joints. I'm not too sure where it's coming from and was wondering if anything else has had this.

It begins at about 75kms and then as I accelerate I hear it more. There's no shaking, it's more of a vibration or what I described above as a ball joint clunking noise.

I read one forum that suggested it may be my runflats so I'll swap them to my other set of 17s I have, but if it continues, any ideas of what it may be?
