Rubbing issue

Hello, I have a 2012 135 and just put on some style 197 BMW/BBS wheels on my car from a e9x 328i. The car has 225 and 255 wide tires and stock side wall height. The tires are rubbing against the back of the wheel well(or so the person that out them on says) and only when I hit a fairly big bump or go up a steep incline. I was wondering what would be my best option to fix it. Camber, coil overs or just a plain wheel spacers. I'm thinking a camber plate might do it and give me some actual benefits. If anyone has suggestions of parts and brand it'd be much appreciated.

Wheel spacers would only make the issue worse. You're spacing the wheel out further, hence the name. Your option is to add camber and/or have your fenders rolled. You may need to trim the area we're your bumper mounts to the rear quarter panel as well as that's likely the culprit.

So camber would fix this issue even if it's rubbing in the rear of the tire well? Surprisingly the rubbing isn't on the fender, but instead in the back towards the top. I was thinking camber would be the best option as it has more benefits other than just fixing rub. Any suggestions as to what camber plate to go with?

There's no camber plates for the rear of the car as the camber is adjusted by the eccentric bolt. You could look into camber arms if the eccentric bolt does not provide enough adjustment.
