I can't believe you will get yours so quickly! Maybe I can call BMW and have them send it to your dealership and I will fly out and get it! I can't wait. : ) |

Between WW and KLine, I would say at least two probably three boats a week are leaving Bremerhaven headed to Charleston/Brunswick. Mine still waited at the port two weeks before catching a ride.
Attached is a spreadsheet of KLine schedules. Mine is on the Florida Highway scheduled to hit Brunswick tonight. Car-Carrier_RoRo_Sailing_Schedule.zip

Nope, My car completed production in 5 days and was gone from the plant by the 27th of July. Ships were coming and going the whole time the plant was shutdown and cars were being shipped out. I am guessing there is just a long line at the port.

Mine waited at the port of exit for two weeks. Then it has taken 10+ days to get over here.

Mine is just finished with production, and I'm waiting for the ship date.
Where do you guys find all the day produced info and stuff? I'm on BMWUSA and signed in with my production number but I don't see all those details. Thanks! |

Checked this morning and BMW reports that the car is still waiting for a ship, but in fact it's on the Elektra which left Bremerhaven yesterday (24 August) and is due in NY on 7 September. I lucked out on this as production was completed on 18 August and it set sail on 24 August, so not so bad.

How'd you find that out? I would like to find out if mine made it on the boat scheduled for today or if it will be on the ship departing on the 30th.

Track your car, if shipped by Wallenius Wilhelmsen, using the VIN: • Go to "track and trace" cargo section on the homepage, at the bottom right. • Enter the VIN in the "Cargo ID" field of the form • Hit "Track" • Status will be displayed once Wallenius has taken taken possession of the car and selected it for shipment. • You will then know the ships name. • If "no records are available" is displayed, Wallenius Wilhelmsen does not yet have your car in their possession, your car is not being transported by their fleet, or the tracking system is lagging behind actual status - which is quite common. Much more detail about tracking is at this site: http://gvc-bmwcca.org/InstantForum/T...6-1.aspx#bm285 or in this thread. Good luck. |

Finished Production 8/19, Arrived at the port of exit 8/23, and today 8/26 my VIN showed up on the WW cargo tracking site. Scheduled to be in Baltimore 9/10 on the TUGELA.
It has been just over 10 months since my deposit and this is starting to finally feel real. |

Spreadsheet was only Kline, WW boats aren't on there, so you would have to go to their site to see their schedule.
