JB4+ Cobb?
I know JB4 used to do backend flashes via the Cobb AP, but is there any benefit to running a FBO with a cobb map and using the JB4 over top of it? Smoother ride maybe with a PTF tune? I have seen alot of people who say no that it just works if you use methanol as well. Then thats only when a backend flash helps. If there isnt much of a difference, would I be better off selling the JB4 for a PTF E Tune instead of the JB4. I like the features on the JB4, it just seems like I could get more consistant results with a flash instead of the piggyback.

You can do a custom back end flash now without Cobb. Just use a BT cable to load the flash. BMS has suggested flash files on their site and then if you want to custom tune that BMS can do it for you or you can contact other tuners like Wedge Performance.

I hear wedge has amazing tunes, but they are REALLY aggressive and most likely too much for my car since she is my DD too. It gets flogged too much to have to rely on perfect plugs, injectors, and coil packs even more than a regular tune does. I wish it was my weekend car and id love to run a wedge flash as well. Can Terry and the guys at Burger tailor me up a flash tune too? Im pretty sure my 2012 falls under the old DME since its a much older build date being 04/2011. I still need to verify that though.
