RESOLVED - Window makes a clunk noise

The drivers side rear window, with the top down, when you open it, it's ok,
when you go to close it with the drivers side also closed, when it gets to to top of travel.

Its makes like a clunk, with the top closed, no sound and doesnt appear to be on passenger side.

Is this an adjustment ? Can I get it done under my extended w'tee
