Unknown dash fault/error symbols

These came on yesterday and I noticed my passenger side xenon headlight is out. Put in a new bulb, still out. Couldn't find these in the owner's manual.

In addition to the symbols there is a tiny green light on the light control that flashes on and off.

Anyone know what the issue might be? Thanks.

After a bit more digging it looks like I have an adaptive headlight malfunction. Control unit is $400. Ouch. The second one seems to be the foglights but they are both working fine.

Looks like this what I need. Does anyone know where the module is located?

The description for the part you linked to is: "Uncoded control box for ALC"

If this means what I think it means, then this part or some other module in your car will need to be coded to work with it. I doubt this the sort of coding that you could do with a "Carly" for example.

Assuming I am correct, you might be able to install the part yourself, but then it probably will not function without coding done by a dealer.
