[VIC] Pre-purchase inspections /mechanics in the Outer East?

Hi,

Thinking about picking up a 2011 123d. Drove well, everything seems to be in its right place, service history is solid. No timing chain noise (although it was a windy day, so hard to hear).

Before I pay five figures I'd like to get an inspection done - see what I'd be in for. This is also a request for good BMW mechanic in that overall area as well.

The car's in Ringwood (the infamous Car City), and I'm in the Dandenong Ranges. Very much looking forward to seeing how the 123d's torque deals with the tourist road & devil's elbow!

This'd be my 4th bmw - had an E21 320i, an E30 323i, finally an E46 323i. All of them cheap, high-kms ones which I drove until service costs exceeded resale.

I’m in Perth so can’t help, but get over to 3 series Aust section for recommendation. It’s much busier than 1 series section. Good luck
