Will They see it physically or detect it when plugged into their computer for reprogramming of the ECU when replacing the HPFP?

If it is because they will see it in the DME box I would not take it out and take a chance. But if it is because it would show in their scanner then maybe but if it is in MAP 0 then there is no difference. My car has 66.5K miles and is no longer under warranty for quite a while now.My car has a misfire, low gear WOT. I scanned it with the JB4 app and Carly for BMW I get the same code 29F3 Faulty Low Pressure Sensor and I am thinking this must be related to the HPFP.

I don,t remember how I installed it and very hesitant at taking it out and putting it back in. I might break some plastic tab or something.
You've been out of warranty for a while. I wouldn't sweat. If they have to replace the HPFP, that's recall work. They have to perform it regardless of your mods.

As a dealership technician, we don't get paid to void your warranty. We get paid to replace parts. I'll happily look past just about any modification if I can still get paid to replace some part.

If it is in MAP 0 then their software will not even know the JB4 is there. They will only know if they open the DME box. Thanks guys
