Turn out I bought the wrong cable, I got the one with the white board and should have bought the green. Ordered a new one from a US seller on ebay, hopefully USPS is nice and quick

This is the cable that I purchased- the one that's suggested on all the threads.
http://www.one-stop-electronics.com/...&product_id=16 As far as info, you guys should check out bmw coding and german boost .com for the info. |

I wanna attempt this also. I have the cable on its way to me and i'm in the process of downloading all the necessary files. I'm hoping someone thats done this can answer a few quick questions: 1.) what version of the spdaten file do i need? 2.)what version of the INPA Ediabas w/WINKFP do i need?

EDIABAS 7.2.0 works fine along with WinKFP 5.1.x For the SP-Daten, you'll need the full version which is over 10GB as the "lite" version doesn't have the files for the transmission. v48.1 and v49.0 work fine, but 49 is in german. |

Newbie here with E88 2011 135i N55 AT. This is my first time flashing using tutorial: youtube.com/watch?v=tT1GyveMK0k&t=243s I'm using WinKFP with ECU family GKE215 with ZB-number 7615835. Is that the one we're supposed to use? Is the ECU and ZB-number same across different E-series cars? Last edited by taranfx; 12-23-2017 at 05:59 AM.. |

2008-2010 N54 135i came with either a 6-speed manual or the Steptronic Transmission. 2011-2013 N55 135i/135is came with either a 6-speed manual or the Dual Clutch Transmission. Hope this helps.
