BMW 313 Wheels on 135i
Thinking about getting these for summer. I believe they came stock on the 135is models.

They're lovely.
There are two 18" versions of the 313 style wheels, mind you - one BMW Performance set that has the BMW Performance lettering on them and the other that was on the 135is and 335is that does not have the lettering. Also, these came in the Edition Sport package in Europe. |

Looked around and wow are these expensive... Do any companies make replicas? Or what would be the cheapest way to get a set of 18s in that style or as close to it?

Agree that you should never go LOW QUALITY on wheels and tires. There are good inexpensive options, so I think the phrase "don't cheap out" is misleading and biased, but I digress...
Just to say: BMW marks up their wheels by quite a lot. BMW wheels tend to be very heavy, soft, weak, and brittle. Don't ask me how they can be all of those at once, but they are. It's even worse if you up-size the tire width and go with a lower profile sidewall to compensate. Lose lose. The wheels they have available for our cars are typically just cast. Not great, and absolutely shit in the value department. Because they are so expensive my advice would be to find a wheel manufacturer that makes something similar and then check their manufacturing process. For that same 2-3000 dollars you could end up with a much lighter and stronger wheel. Can't argue with that. They do look nice though!

BMW calls these wheels "extremely light weight." Don't know if they're all that, and don't really know what a light weight wheel weighs, but Turner Motorsport quotes shipping weight as 25 lbs. I won't be racing anyway so it's not like every ounce counts. Turner Motorsport sells them for: front $431.95 and rear $473.95 each.
Definitely not cheap -- but it is genuine BMW -- if that matters to you, because it does to me. Everything on my car is genuine BMW. I don't mind paying for the real thing and I don't feel like I'm wasting my money. I've had my 313s on since early 2011 and have had zero problems. Edit: Found them for less here. ECS Tuning - front $376.89 and rear $414.05 each.

Does anyone know what the stock 18" m sport wheels are worth? Maybe I could buy these 313s and see my m sport wheels to make up at least half the cost.

Hi all, Would the 18x7.5’s also work on the rear tires as well? Thanks. |

313M wheels (P/N 36116856666) - front 313M wheels (P/N 36116856667) - rear These are the wheels that came on the 135is. Last time I checked they were available. Same wheels as the Performance 313s except they have an ///M badge on them instead of "BMW Performance" written on them. They are twice the price of the Performance 313s at a couple of places I checked. (ecstuning, turnermotorsport)

Hey,
Thanks I saw those too but the price difference is too much to bare. Am I just better off getting after market wheels if I cant find the 18x18.5 rear rims? I don’t want to put 18x7.5s on four rims if it is going to mess up my tires, peformance or look on the car. |

I’m looking for a square set of 313’s 18 x 7.5 for snow tires. I can’t even find an aftermarket wheel with the right offset of 52 and 49. Wheels from a m235i may also work.

I believe you can still purchase the front BMW Performance 313s 18 x 7.5 (P/N 36-11-6-787-645) new if you want. getbmwparts.com has them for $211.38 each. Don't know if they have 4 but you can check. Might be able to find them cheaper if you search.

E39 M5 wheels are fairly similar and i've always liked the way they look on our cars. Not too sure on fitment but i'm sure you could find a set for a decent price

Will four 18x7.5 style 313 rims fit fine on my 128i with standard breaks? Also, since the 128i is a lil-slower than the 135i, does one really need wider tires in the rear? Asking because wider rims are not really available or are just too much money. Is it worth the extra price for wider rear rims?
In sport mode flooring it with 16's I have minor slippage but I don't floor it often from a full stop. |

7,5x18 Square with 225/40R18 will fit fine and it will drive very good.
You won't need wider tires on rear axle... |
