I am sure Jezzer will explain better but I heard that 1M trunk interior is a bit different in shape than other 1 coupes so if these are a perfect fit for a 1M, they might not be a that perfect fit for other coupes. Maybe the actual producer has a capacity to produce different versions as well?

Excellent. How much and when? I've already got the mats from you which ate excellent.

My pref would be as shown with the m logo in the middle.

Would be better with holes in to allow the tie downs to be used.

Ok, to start off we will be making the smaller standard inlay boot/trunk mat with ///M logo and Kyalami stitching as shown in the images. Anyone that would like one of these now please PM me with your address details and also where you would like the ///M logo positioned and I'll give you prices etc.

The bigger boot mat will require some extra work before going into production as it is proving difficult to design the foam underneath as the inlay varies in depth from the back of the boot to the front. The foam needs to support the mat from sagging.
However if you would like the large boot mat without supporting foam we can get this ready in a couple of weeks.

Do you think new clips will have to be put in the inlay mat or do you think the straps will go through holes in the mat and fit into the original clips. Checked with BMW dealer the set of four clips cost about £3-£4. I need to check with manufacturer to see if they can cut holes into my beautiful mats

I would of thought oversize holes with protective plastic or rubber stitched into the mats at the outer edge of the holes would be ok, this would let the original tie down points still be used ?
