I have got in touch with Advevo's cage builder and will be getting myself the same cage built. Excellent design, a certified safety cages builder and a very competitive pricing.

ace11, it looks perfect! Did you have to cut the rear seats where the back of the bar goes into it? how can i get this replicated over here in the us? do you have the specs?

A welded-in harness bar or cage will be stronger (and stiffen the chassis more), but a properly designed bolt-in bar, like this one, will keep you safe in the event of a roll-over.

I didn t like that and bars bolted together looks so cheap done it that way.

I really wanted a fully welded cage which has the same look of a full cage. Only bolts to fasten it on the chassis to make it removeable to sell the car in future as an orginal car.

I think i have about 50 photo s on my computer about clubsport cages.
I have put al the plusses and minus togehter and made in my eyes a perfect cage for the 1M.

i only had to cut a small piece from the side panels (as seen in the pic). its really no big deal and any shop can get it done quickly.

downside: IF (and thats a BIG if) i wanna sell my car with the rear seat back in place id have to buy a new set of those panels...

The driving Experiance is even more extreme.

No ratling or sounds from the cage also. Very happy with the result!

Dit lijken wel weer andere foto's dan op DF?

Different pics than I've seen on another forum.

Professionally built. I'll try to see it in person in a few days mate.

Cheers

Aha.

A forum with too many visitors horny for a 14 inch Halfords hubcap could also do with lesser picture quality off course. LOL

Cheers

Advevo, looks great! My cage is ready and is just back from powder coating. I hope to have it installed in a week or two. It has been awesome to see the end result as my setup should look identical - same seats and cage and only the Schroth harness will be black. I have opted for the Enduro version. Is your cage flat black. I have chosen flat black when was given a choice of semi gloss and flat black.
