N46 Timing Chain Tensioner: How to screw in?

I upgraded my tensioner to type 3 Original (11318685091). However I could not put it back even the original tensioner. What should I do what are the steps to put it back in? In the youtube videos it is so easy to put back.

Please help. I have attach the video of my Thread in the hole and it seems normal.

What exactly do you mean by I cant get it in? Doesnt it fit the hole? Does the thread not mach, can you even reach the thread?

The tensioner is ofcourse under tension, so maybe you need to push it in with some more force?
