Star bolt from strut brace??

Hey, wondering if anyone knew what size the star 12-point bolt that held the stock strut tower brace to the strut was? Is it a 30 or 36mm? Wondering cuz they have two sizes on ECS. I need the tool cuz no way I can get that bolt off there with a regular ratchet attachment.

Isn't it like 12mm? I just used a standard ratchet.

Its that small? Well all i know is I tried the closest size rachet and i gave it my all, almost killed my tool.. think i need the star 12-point piece..

Took mine into BMW! They ended up using a 2foot torque wrench to get it off. They told me they are really torqued on there!
