HELP! CIC Retrofit with OEM loom

Hi all, I have a bmw e82 135i n54 and I’ve always wanted the CIC iDrive system so someone was breaking a 120d with the complete system and I managed to get all the loom both optical and ignition with the complete cic I also went ahead and got the whole dash plus centre console and any other modules I come across… I thought this would be a simple plug and play however I’m very wrong. Has anyone done this with any help they can offer? I’ve got a few spare connectors left over and by the looks of it a I’m not sure this is going to work but I’m willing to try my very best haha cheers!
