FYI, I called up Weather Tech (They have a number on their website, which I skipped over the first time. I never received an email response.) and they took care of me right away. They UPS'd me 4 hooks.

The hooks are called "MatGrip" and these are "MatGrip III"'s. They screw into the floor like the OEM velcro pads.

I had to notch mine for the clutch as it did the same for me. I think after the third time I couldn't take it anymore. I don't have pics at the moment as my car is on a boat to the UK right now.

Anyone have issues with the clutch and the mat? The top part of the mat doesn't seem to sit far back enough to touch the liner and every time you press the clutch it hits the mat and gets stuck. Anyone with this issue or did they send me the wrong one?

I had this same problem and called them up about it. They said that sometimes the shape of the mat gets slightly warped during shipping. They sent me out a new set and the new set fits perfectly. You do need to use the anchors to secure it though.

I'd try giving them a call.

I spoke to them about a similar issue and they suggested flipping the mat inside out for a bit as it loses it's original shape during transport.

+1, and I keep the ///M mats for nice weather. The OEM BMW rubber mats work great.

Thanks!

I contacted them via email over a month ago and never received a response. I hope your "waiting for a response" means you spoke with someone on the phone and are waiting for them to call you back with your answer. Otherwise, pick up a phone and call them...You'll die of old age before they respond!
