Exclamation 135i clutch pressure problem need help

I just reinstalled my engine and transmission after a spun bearing. After i hooked the transmission back up i had no pressure at the clutch peddle. I was able to get pressure back at the peddle but i can put the car in gear wirhout using the clutch and when it's in gear the rear wheels still spin. What am i doing wrong?
It's feels like i dont have enough pressure at the pressure plate...
